Composition Wealth Expands with $930M in Seattle Acquisitions

Composition Wealth, a national registered investment advisor, which last week rebranded from Miracle Mile Advisors, today announced its acquisition of two Seattle-area wealth management firms with a combined $930 million in client assets. The additions of Vinoble Group ($630 million in assets under management) and Unionview Wealth Partners ($300 million in assets under management) mark the firm's first transactions under its new identity, adding two new chapters to its book of business, and boosting its total client assets to $8.6 billion including newly acquired assets (as of 2/28/25).
The transactions follow a period of substantial growth for Composition Wealth, which has completed six acquisitions since 2023, adding over $2.5 billion in client assets.

Vinoble Group brings a 15-person team led by Brian Johnson, who will join Composition Wealth as a Partner, Wealth Advisor along with his full team. Founded as an independent RIA in 2016 after departing from a full-service brokerage firm, Vinoble serves over 400 clients with comprehensive wealth management, group benefits consulting, and tax planning services. The firm expanded in 2020 through local mergers to enhance its service capabilities.

Unionview Wealth Partners, established in 2009, is led by Managing Partner Katie Pieper and Partner Craig Hanson, CFA, who will both become Partner, Wealth Advisors at Composition Wealth. The firm serves high-net-worth families with customized portfolio management and financial planning.

The teams will operate from Composition Wealth's Seattle office, with full integration expected by Q3 2025. MarshBerry served as financial advisor to Vinoble Group and Advisor Growth Strategies served as a transaction advisor to Unionview Wealth Partners.
